It's absolutely insane that you can work hard all weekend, and all month and ultimately your rewards comes down to "pack luck" . Rewards should be just coins. Over the long term this would serve all players better. Packs are a nice idea but lets be honest, you very rarely get anything decent.

hey Nep, how's it going? love the videos, thanks for sharing :) how about increased loyalty for players that have more than 50, 100,200 games in your club? this way, you get the chem loyalty of +1 when the player has 10 games in your club, another +1 when he reaches 50 or 100 and so on (up to a maximum of 3). we will then be able to have a bit more flexibility in terms of chemistry and Ultimate Team building, as players who now would have 7-8 loyalty max in a hybrid, will be able to reach 10

I get it that these people might be disappointed but EVERYONE has to deal with disappointment in this game. I think EA won't weigh the best players' luck better than other people because it would make it even more unfair. The players who are almost the best will never be able to join the elite if the elite have teams that are even more OP than they already are. I understand what he means about grinding though and having a better reward for performing so we'll. But even with these rewards they're still gonna be able to have insane teams and add more insane players from the market.
