@HottMessFishin white vinegar will clean up pennies pretty good, but gotta be careful cause it will also eat a penny quickly. Look it up, that penny deserves to be cleaned up!

That Buckle is from the Hickok Buckle company. I found a silver plated one with the letter P on it. I later found that the P stood for a lady in Suffolk called they called the purple lady. She loved the color purple and would even paint telephone poles purple for as far up as she could reach. She was a Suffolk Va. icon at the time.
