I don't really see a reasoning to play skill drain. You kinda cancel out yourself allowing your opponent to special summon stuff again. Necrovalley + no special summon + moon mirror shield + golgonda is pretty much gg all day.

The thing is that in this meta if you have pachi or skill drain activated you've already win So if they out pachi, you active skill drain and you win anyway With mirror shield you have always the biggest monster on the field
