Good to see I'm not the only one who had this idea! Glad you did well with it grabbing those byes. But I was waiting for my pre order structure decks to finish my deck (cant justify spending on the singles when I am getting all the stuff. In my build i only run one oviraptor in my dinosaur package. Although I'll test more because it seems good. I don't like the dangers in this deck, but if I would run them it would be the level 8s for hope harbinger and number 90. I've been testing crusadia draco for the free summons to link zones (and they are dragons) and also that dragon that's a level 4 that spacial summons when a dragon or plant tuner is present. I wanna say black rose dragon? My list runs 3 quick launch, 3 unexpected dai, 2 fossil dig, but like I said I like your oviraptor centric idea. One thing that is really bugging me though is that the ocg has crossout designator, which makes hand traps almost a non issue. They run 3 of those and a couple ash, some max c, and random 1 of whatever other hand traps they expect and just banish them with crossout. Do you think you build out plays hand traps or was your success do you think these people not really knowing what to trap where was the reason you were more successful? Like I said it's my only real concern with porting link dragons to the tcg.

Nice deck I've been messing around with something similar, Dawn Dragster is a decent card to play I don't know if you've considered it.

I was using destrudo and making dragster in some combos before but I didn't have too much space in the extra deck and found it easier to make rank 4s or to just send tempest instead of destrudo. It just didn't come up enough for me in testing. But I am constantly working on the deck thank you for any advice.

The rank 4s worked better in testing whether it was dweller locking them out or dugares attacking for game with his double effect. Or dugares would bring back redmd or a tuner to end on more negates. Im hoping to get a combo vid up soon. Thank you!

Main reasoning was another vanilla to bring off unexpected dai or carboneddon. This way I have the option of getting a level 1 tuner or level 4 non tuner. Whatever piece I need to make Ib. And its the biggest dragon to beatdown with and light for black dragon and levianeer.

Combo video should be up today. There isn't really a standard combo like usual its really different depending on what you open and draw off Saryuja. But I can get you guys a basic combo of just oviraptor and try to add a couple things. But thank you for the interest!

Definitely need to add Tracer and Absorouter. Probably another level 4 rokket as well. Absorouter adds consistency by being able to send it to grave so maybe more cards like shrine and ravine.

It can easily operate without them after the structure deck however they still are so good at just extend plays and getting you more cards to combo with. Lots of synergy as well with the level 7's and 4s making your end board easier. Wouldn't say it is needed, but definitely makes it a lot stronger.

I was against Salamangreat in the finals. We only had 1 Sky Striker deck that I know of in the tournament and he got top 4. I've seen a couple people say this now so not sure who is saying that haha however I used to play Sky Striker so unless they mixed up what I was playing.

Definitely would add Tracer, Absorouter and another level 4 rokket probably Silverokket since he is the biggest. Absorouter makes your foolish-type cards better so maybe more shrine and ravine. Also as far as budget goes, the deck definitely needs Phantazmay to help shuffle things back, I just don't have my hands on one yet.

We actually only had 1 sky striker in the whole tournament that I know of. He got top 4.

1) You cannot gamma if you have guardragons on the field, because the effect of guardragons say you can just special summon dragon monsters as long as they are on the field. So Gamma is not really good, especially cause everybody is waiting with their handtraps to activate on the guardragons and not on your first card, while you control no monsters. :) 2) Also when the rokket structure deck comes out, you need that link 2 dark more often (I mean "beatcop"), if you play more rokket monsters and use the effect of rokket tracer to special summon 1 rokket from the deck. Otherwise nice deckprofile!
