Such a great idea but it has some drawbacks. First, after seeing the video, it is very unfortunate that the refill station is not set in a hygienic condition? As it is not build in a closed-setting, mold or bacteria could enter the refiling pump easily, as a result, a cross contamination could happen. Also, you guys are not wearing sterile gloves when do the refill process :( Next, it'd be nice if Bodyshop could educate the consumers in details on how to clean and most importantly sterilize the refillable bottle appropriately. Things will get messy if mold or bacteria apparently still remain in the bottle then grow in the product. The questions are: What will Bodyshop do if the product got contaminated? Will consumers get a replacement or what? Don't get me wrong, I'm your regular customer. I'd love to hear your response regarding these matters Bodyshop. Cheers!
