My partner and I learned to play on the Tales of Aria blitz decks precons - her mainly using Briar, me mainly using Oldhim. Playing these will be a fun blast from the past for us, sort of simulating how we should have learned back then! These look simple to use and a good deal of fun to play.

I think he did that because it's a showcase match and he wanted to show the hammer. Otherwise he probably wouldn't have used his weapon the entire match. The goal here is of course to excite new players to buy the product. And that beautiful hammer helps with that, the art is great.

I've bought a few blitz decks about an year or so ago... They are still sealed, my group does not want to move away from mtg - so I've watching this series and I really enjoy pre-constructed play, for any card game. FAB pre-constructed seems really nice and fun, no dud cards, no "this card does not fit the theme or strategy, but fit colors, so we included anyway"-cards... I gotta try the solo mode with Overlord Engine or find folks near my place willing to play pre-constructed FAB.

Do you guys send incentives for store to support your game? All my local stores stopped having locals for FAB and they don’t even seem to care. It’s rather heart breaking I don’t have a community to play with at all within two hours of my house. What do you do when stores sell your blitz decks but won’t even support local events? Is there a plan? I can give you info on these stores to drive support. I’d like to use the cards I spent 1000s on Thanks A fan

Upgrading your deck with commons and rares should easily get you there. Most LGS' have bulk or you can ask locals. Alternatively you can buy singles, or crack open entire booster boxes if you want to test your luck (Heavy hitters for olympia cards, and Outsiders for Azalea cards). The new CC Armory Decks should also be a great introduction point, there is an Azalea one already!

The issue with crown of seeds is that it limits future design because it has the potential to completely break any earth hero at any time. The game is better with it gone.

@@adderall3676 1 prevention with 2 conditions: resource and arsenal is way below rate when there are 20-30 damage turns in the game + arsenal disruption but not arsenal protection which affects some heroes much more than others. Warriors have 10+ turns unconditional 1 block from the dynamos and they are out of the meta. The crown would only make guardians and perhaps other heroes slightly more playable. Guardians now are based on tunic, CNC, pummel, so no guardian cards. I think the ban of the crown was to prevent long games, other than that is just another head equipment
