I want to try it the makeup you picked had such beautiful packaging I'll probably look for those except for the lipsticks. I'm relieved to know I wasn't the only person to not have a good experience & poor customer service. Every time I called; they told me to be patient it was the USPS - turned out it never left their shipping center in LA. It was too bad they wouldn't check until it was past delivery time. When my package finally came, I liked all my items but was so bummed with Customer Service not sure if I order from them again.

I placed a $200. Order from them and it was a week late. However I have to remember it's the Christmas season and orders can be late. I received a box and a bag they were damaged but again not Temus fault. None of my order was damaged and I had a figuren in it. Please don't judge them on one experience. Let them know what happened but remember it's not there fault.

I agree that sometimes things get damaged during shipment even from Walmart or Amazon. But if you consistently have damaged packages and damaged items from a company, I would say the packaging was poor, so that would be the company's fault. I guess experience and time will tell.

I know why the bags are open and retaped. Dont forget customes , sometimes , depending on that person's mood that day or if it's just a random thing but they'll open up the packages to see what's inside and then they'll just retake them back up sometimes it also open up the boxes that are inside just to make sure it's a random thing. Which happens more often than you think.

These rubbery bags often get hung up in the sorting machinery. If not ripped too badly, it gets taped and sent on.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience on your first order. I've ordered 4 times and so far I have not had a problem, but I can say that most of the items I have ordered are not breakable. Also, I have watched other TEMU unboxings and I've noticed that if you ordered enough stuff they will put it in a box instead of a bag. Also, if your order arrives after the delivery "window" they provide then they are supposed to give you a $5 credit. If you like makeup you may want to try Shop Miss A. They have brilliant packaging. I’m really surprised, maybe it’s your local post office because I’ve had over 10 orders and I’ve never had an issue like that. But I don’t order make up but I do order toys and electronics. I’m really sorry that was your first experience but I’m hoping the next one will be better if you decide to go and try them the best thing I’ve purchased so far was the Lenovo LP 40 or the LG 40 pro wireless headphones and these two giant faux leather bags that I use is hampers as well as a Hermès dupe for the picotin which is now discontinued on the website. You should probably look up make up made in China videos kind of see what’s going on over there before you put that on. You have a very warm presence it’s very easy to watch you

I bought 14 items from Temu 3 of them being shoes. One pair was $6.84 and two were $4.22 they are the most comfortable shoes. The other items was house hold items. I really liked everything I ordered. Probably going to make another order. My bag was opened. Taped back but every item was in bag. Sorry your items were crushed.

thanks for sharing your experience. However for me everything has gone great. I had one item broken and they replaced it. I love TEMU, and I will not stop ordering. Also 2 week time frame during holidays is fine, also it was US customs that tore the bag and caused shipping delays, and also depends where you are located. I am ok with time frame, . I just had a 36 item order arrived four days after I made it. I love everything thing I've gotten. But even with they delay in delivery I can't complain to much as I haven't had to pay any shipping! Most of what I've order is art thing and kitchen stuff..lol. I'm not sure if I would trust their clothing or their shoes but I'm very skeptical about ordering that stuff offline. But I will say if you're looking for art supplies office supplies even kitchen utensils cooking supplies I have been very happy with everything I've gotten from them so far and I have ordered quite a bit in the last couple of weeks 😂🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ also I've had two items I've had to have refunded back and I had no issue with them refunding my money. I ordered from them I will say this make sure you read the description because some of it is deceiving, how ever I had no problem receiving my package, it took maybe a week and a half, I was satisfied with every thing I got except the scrapbooking paper and that is what I didn't read the description on so when I got it I was shocked, but also they don't charge for shipping so that in its self is a major plus, I love it my second order is on the way

I’m not an affiliate. I’ve ordered from Temu many times. They send me coupons. However, they usually offer discounts to anyone. The shoes and some plus clothing are questionable. However, my orders arrive within two weeks, definitely early. I appreciate your video. Temu is so much better than Wish. Keep trying. They usually pack the bags with the fragile stuff in between for support. Good luck!

Hello , I just want to say it was refreshing to see other things besides stickers bought from temu.. I thought the makeup was pretty decent. And even though the lipsticks and all seemed small they're very easy to just apply with your pinky or use a lip brush or sponge. I'm not much for lip gloss but the colors are very pretty and definitely those little chocolate candies were cutie those were a keeper LOL and I love that box with all the embossed eyeshadow pattern in it with the angels in the front. Me I'd be taking out all the makeup and using the box LOL.. I'm a big time crafter and I was hoping to see more other Crafters hauls , that were a little more sophisticated with all the nice papers and dies and stamps that I saw. But it seems like I guess people only want to spend bx .49 and 99 cents.. on the tacky stickers I ever did see 😂😂😂😂.. it just blew my mind. For I have found a lot of decent crafting items on there not that ordered just yet I was hoping again to see what other Crafters had more and so far it's ridiculously tacky.. so again thank you so much for the refreshing and more sophisticated buys but seem to make a lot more sense than just buying it just because it cost $0.49....

I love Temu I purchased about 5 orders. Clothes and several fedora hats (6) only one came damaged. They came in a bag I was shocked more weren’t damaged. The mens shirts I have ordered 3 and they are cool patterns. I’ve been very pleased.. their eye shadows are very pigmented

Nice shoes you got for under $20! I bought a pair of women's tennis shoes from them when they were on sale for $4.01! Most comfortable tennis shoes I've ever bought! I like them 'cause they're lightweight. I also bought a pair of men's 3M winter gloves; they're really nice. They shouldn't put a large order (or anything breakable) in bags; they should box them. Another channel showed these cute little honey pots with a little dipper, it's a lip balm; they were only $1.99, & cute. That neutral eye shadow pallette looks nice.

Great video, I would just like to address the makeup and perfumes. There was a special news report on the news a while back, and they sent the eyeshadows, lipstick, and face powders to a laboratory, and they contained high levels of lead! Please be careful!

Considering logistics and customs, I don't think that is a bad time frame. I have an order hanging in my cart. Having lived in Asia 20+ years Temu is the items that are produced there, everyday items. We often get the store mark up when these are sent to other countries. Buying direct is very common and countries can now sell direct to foreign customers. The package they use to track on their side does not get tracked by the US postal system which is always a pain. There is an international shoe size chart to help with shoe sizes. On the applicators, the idea is that you apply and roll your lips like many of us do, the doe foot wastes product.

Thanks for the video. I do believe you get what you pay for with any perfume . The one I use the most $85.00 a bottle it’s pricey 😂 But I like to think I just have good taste 😂. But, I never buy a cheap one and expect it to be all that. I have ordered shoes from other countries and it’s a huge risk to get good quality and sizes that fit you like shoes here. I appreciate your review. I think when I order from them (because I’ll give them a try) I won’t be ordering things I expect to be the best quality because we usually get what we pay for. It’s like your husband works for his self and is able to stay in business because he doesn’t do cheap work. But, people will pay if he sells them good quality parts and he’s good at what he does. My husband has been in the backhoe business for forty years. I’m sure some people think he’s to expensive. But, he stays booked up for months ahead. Because most people don’t want cheap supplies that won’t last and he won’t use them because it’s his reputation on the line. You get what you pay for it’s just how it works. that dark lipstick necklace is a black honey dupe by clinique....it's lovely! I ordered 3 samsung phone cases, cost less than $5 for all of them and they're all 3 super nice! my package however had tire marks on it lol, it had literally been ran over.....it was ripped also but no damage to contents! mine was shipped and delivered in 5 days.

Here's my take on temu. I think they buy close-outs on stuff and/or damaged packaging. I've been buying and selling for 40 years and used to get stuff from salvage auctions and a guy who got truckloads of product near their expiration date or discontinued. I watch another utuber who does temu hauls (they sometimes sponsor her video) and even she gets some stuff with damaged packaging....although never in a sponsored video. Many of their eyeshadow pallets look like dupes for Colorpop pallets. For the most part, their makeup is more like wet-n-wild, elf or hard candy.....lower end drugstore brands (although I use all of those!!) My final comment about temu....I bought a makeup caddy/organizer type thing in mint green for $5 in the dollar spot at walmart. Temu had the same exact thing for $8.99 or $10.99 depending on what color you picked....WHAT?!?! I know that if you order a size 2x, they charge more....but $2 more because of the color?? Oh, and the original price said $50!!!!! FOR PLASTIC!!! Basically it's what dollar trees been doing all along, so things are a steal at $1 (or $1.25) but other things are only worth half that. Also they carry close-outs too....like the Betty Crocker food storage containers. Wow, that was quite the rant lol. Anyways, thanks so much for a honest video!!

I don’t think they buy close outs, but more on that later. What I think is they are the ones making items for companies. In fact, some shop Miss A products are on their site. What they probably do is make more items and sell the extra on Temu. Since it’s direct to consumer the price is supposed to be cheaper. You’re right though as I’ve seen some items in Walmart, Target or Dollar Tree cheaper and Temu is charging way more. Maybe you’re right in a way, these companies say make X amount of the product but these stores don’t buy it so the manufacturer has to sell it for a discount direct to consumer.

Hello, I have placed 5 orders from temu, I bought some gifts some for myself. The only item I opened was the water proof stickers. 90 stickers and not one duplicate. My only problem is the tracking. They use a third party shipping, so some other company picks up the orders and takes it to the post office. There are a lot of hands on the packages before you get it. I find myself being bored and going "shopping". Free shipping helps. They have some super cute things. The mermaid makeup brushes are the cutest!! Happy holidays to you and your family 🎄

I have been in customer service year's it's not all the companies fault it's also carriers. You can put in a box or bag it can get damaged they way they take care of it like throwing it. The delivery time not only companies fault. A Lot people blame on the company I disagree. I think the carriers take someone reasonable to but they don't they blame it on the company. You are right. When Fed Ex comes to my house they won’t even take my orders to the porch. They just stick it over the gate. (I’m short and I can walk over the gate if I can’t get it open so no excuses). Where I live they walk everyone’s to their porch but mine. They stick my pet meds I order from chewy out in the rain or 100 deg heat in summer. It’s infuriating and fed ex won’t do anything if you complain. 🙄

The packets are mixed with other mail during the machine sorting. Heavy boxes can easily crush packets like she received. The plastic shipping bags don't provide protection for the contents.

Thanks for this great review, I’ve been watching Temu videos to see how decent they are. All of the videos I’ve watched so far received their orders in a bag like yours. I’m surprised that they ship some of the things they do in a bag in my opinion that need more protection and should be shipped in a box. But Wish does it also and bags are less expensive to ship.

On those peach lip glosses, once you take the product out with the doe-foot that comes with it, use a lip brush to take the product off the doe-foot then apply it with the lip brush. That way you can control it better.

My bag was taped up in places too. My first bag was terrible ripped and had taped areas but the hole in the bag was big. Lucky for me all my items were in it. Their orange bags are just thrown around by the carriers.

I have gotten the skinny from customer service. They have two warehouses here in the US that they ship from. But they have "stores" international and since they want to send your order complete they sometimes have to delay your order while they wait. I have done two videos about my experience which right now is all about shipping and cutting service. I am still waiting on my order. And when I get most will have to go back since christmas items

The products are made in China. There are locations in US that receive the items. I imagine they ship the items to the US location and that’s where they do the final packaging.

Not to be rude but for the price you pay for everything even if you don't like half of it you still got an awesome deal some people pay as high as sixty $70 for one pallet even if you only got two pair of tennis shoes you still got awesome deal

I have ordered from Temu and I really enjoy the things. The one thing I don't like is non influencer don't get the great big plastic bags. That really is disappointing to me.

When I ordered from there three different times, I received all of my items very quickly. The first item arrived in one week, and the other two arrived in less than two weeks, and it says on the site shipping to take up to two weeks I believe. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this site. I’m sorry you had a bad one..

They have a makeup remover pad for $1 just like the one that costs $10. And it works just as well. BTW: So does Shop Miss A but that's not the point. Temu being the new Wish is what I'm excited about!! Good video. THX

For what it's worth, they are now giving $5 credits for late orders.. I'm a new customer, so I don't know how long that's been in place.. also, I used to work at UPS and we had tape rolls everywhere because we accidentally injure packages all the time, so that's a 50/50 on whether or not that was Temu's fault😁😁😁 Also, I absolutely LOVE that you have comment guidelines!! Does that work for replies as well? I'm so tired of leaving nice comments just to be met with rude replies!! I am definitely subscribing❤

I’m fairly new to Temu as well. I haven’t had any issues at all. I’ve liked everything I’ve bought and I absolutely love it !!! If your stuff is running behind, they give you that $5 credit as well

Hello new subscriber! I had discount codes through affiliates and a few of my orders came in very late. Everything I got in boxes was crushed and damaged. They have alot of hits and misses but with my orders they were mostly misses. The eyeshadow palettes were crushed most of them.

I've ordered several items, no clothing, cheaper items, but items I've seen other places that I wanted but more expensive, mostly kitchen items or things like that. Bag packaging isn't the best, nothing broken so far. Quick delivery and they will credit you $5 if late.

I have placed 12 orders and had no problems. Customs opens the bags and retapes them. If you will look at your tracking you will see where the delays happen. All in this country. Customs and going through many different USPS sites. Also I’m sure where the damage occurs. They give $5 for late orders and free shipping which others don’t. Also once it is in our country, knowing it is late, if they refunded ppl and then they received their pkgs, how many ppl would send them their money or items back? If you have a damaged item they refund very quickly and tell you to keep the item or for more expensive items they have free returns. I realize they are not for everyone, but not bad overall for a new company. I love the things I have gotten. Clothes have even been true to size. Just my take on things.😊❤

The damage to the package may have been caused by handlers other than Temu , during transit. So I don’t know that we can totally blame Temu, for sure. On the other hand, you did have some damaged items & for thst Temu should do you right. If they want you to be a continued customer.

I mean they put in those plastic bags for international shipping. It falls on Temu because they know mail gets very rough handled. If they want to protect products, they need to put stuff in boxes or use packaging material.

My order took about 12 days as well. I got tracking notification about twice a day it seemed. I got a lot of updates. Everything I ordered was exactly as I thought they would be. I also didn’t order any high priced items. I ordered air fryer sheets, pet hair remover things and some zippered bags for pillows and blankets nothing earth shattering. Will order again.
