We have a 4630 and use stream bars. If you will add another round black plastic piece on the bottom of the boom cradle you won't have to worry about hitting the stream bar when folding the boom. We have had ours for 1 season and really like it. One other suggestion I would make is to get you a o-ring kit for the hose's and fittings behind the tank. We have had 4-5 to leak and its always a blown o-ring....We enjoy your channel.

Not sure if it has it been done to that machine yet but you may look into if it has the “update” done to support the front axle better. Just a thought I folded the front axle under the exact machine before we knew there was a update to it

Nice sprayer. How do you like the stream bars over the nitrogen tips? I use 7 ways.

They’ve got their advantages and disadvantages. They’re aggravating to put on and remove. I think you get a lot more uniform coverage with them. Biggest advantage I see is the variable rate orfices where you can put out multiple rates with the same tip.

I either use Winfields’s ProTank cleaner or I have some cleaner a traveling salesman sold that has the same active ingredient as INCIDE OUT (potassium hydroxide)

What is the difference if anything between the spray bar's and the tips like matt uses

The stream bars are supposed to offer much more uniform coverage and not streak the wheat. If you do a job job controlling your boom height using tips they do just as good. I also like that stream bars have a variable rate orfice so that I can apply anywhere from 5 gal/ac. To 50 gal./ac with the same bar instead of owning multiple sets of fertilizer tips.
