So need to add spoon to your camping supplies list.😂😂 ummmm!! Lemon cake my favorite. At the hardware store you can buy air bubble packing with foil on both sides, I used it when I slept in my truck bed over winter worked real good.

Hi Andre, that's a good idea, my foam mat needs to be retired, maybe I should get some foil and air bubble packaging. The lemon cake was tasty 😋

thank you for sharing this Keitei I'm surprised you rated the camp so low, not that I know anything about these things, I was wondering how important food was when on solo camps, im guessing very 😁 essential for really enjoying the whole experience , hot chocolate looked scrummy.

Thank you for watching :) I think I rated it low as I'd been before and I'd had a better sunrise and was able to see the stars last times. Food does help on solo camps, look forward to longer days too. The hot chocolate was great 😁 I'll be making one again :)!

Yo Keitei I rated your camp an 8. I had to deduct points because no sunrise. Seriously though it looked like a great spot and the sound of wind and sea was probably nice to hear when you were all cocooned up. The hot chocolate looked amazing. Definitely has to be a challenge this time of year with the light and trying to video without attracting attention. The explanation was my favourite part! I knew exactly what you were saying....and you explained it well. Have a great week and thanks for this cool video

True, last time I had a great sunrise but it was too cloudy this time. Still enjoyed my venture though, tis great to get out under the stars or rather clouds. Glad you enjoyed my explanation, almost didn't include it as I thought it was too wordy. :p Hope you have a lovely weekend :)

Great video and not too far away from our land adjacent to the Wash. More scenery than we usually experience...lol...out home is only 52 Ft ASL in the midst of the Fens. I thought you was going all posh on us when I saw the new sleeping mat and deluxe drinking chocolate but then you showed us your torn sleeping bag and pikey foam mat. Sleeping mats are great. Although a bit different, I have owned mine for around 10yrs now. I also stuff my shoes under the head end to bring it up. Poor minds think alike.😆 It wouldn't be a Keitei wild camp if you didn't forget something. Your heat holder bed-sock tale, you got them because you went to 'An underground river', because THATS NORMAL.🤣🤣

Haha, the inflatable mat is a luxury and the hot chocolate a treat. Don't think I could go push :p but I did enjoy the mat and my hot chocolate. Shoes can make the difference between a comfortable nights sleep, haha.

Hi I have watched a number of your wild camping videos, I must say I admire your relaxed carefree nature. I suffer greatly with anxiety and have wild camped a couple of times (posted on my channel), I am always worrying about being approached to the point I try not to put a light on when it’s dark (silly I know). It is something I want to get past and hope to begin to enjoy the experience. Again, your videos are great and I will continue watching ❤

Thank you for watching and for leaving a comment. :) I totally understand the feeling of not wanting to draw attention to yourself when it's dark with a torch. I try to reduce my torch use. It's great to hear that you get out and wild camp, even more that it helps you with your anxiety. Here is to a summer full of wild camps :)

Put a spoon on a carabiner then attach it to the outside of your backpack same as a cup . Simple fix for the camping plague of forgetfulness.

hi just come across your video while getting my backpack ready for a wild camp up in a woodland and hike trails were i live in west lancashire its the 7 wild camp since getting into the hobbie and my second solo wild camp but didn,t record the first one because i wanted a little me time and i went on my 40 mph e,scooter and was a little busy keeping an eye on my scooter all the time but this time im not taking the scooter so i will record the trip on my new gopro ill let you know how i get on. oh and you have the same air mat as me there pretty good and light weigjht so you picked a good one there and as for getting it in the pouch i dred deflating it because it is a pain to get back in but i make sure i keep the valves on the outside facing upwards so when you fold it and its not down properly you can get the left over air out if thats any help to you thats what i do
