Jan sahab tell them about the criteria set to select the judges. Umer bin abdulaziz told there must be 5 qualities to be a judge. He must be zaheen. He must have such a control over himself that he should be a very patient listner , haleem. He must be modest, afeef. He must have quality of self accountability saleeban. He must be learned and keen to learning and knowledge. Bukhari kitabul ahkam. It is the duty of selectors to observe these qualities and they will be held accountable if they fail. For judges ayaat 44 and 47 of sura 5 are very important to listen in which Allah declairs them kaferoon and faseqoon who dose not decides the case according to laws of Allah. I will be grateful if this massege is conveyed to concerned ones.

If two judges were not considered for their general reputation then what justification left for being the judges of the same high court. Secondly where does the credibility of Judicial Commission stand by deciding the fate of judges merely on assumptions. It means we can call the constitutional body, the Judicial Commission purely a politically motivated Commission

Dear Matiullah Jan, your interview of LHC Bar member has exposed the weak areas of our judicial system particularly in elevation of judges to senior positions. You were very true by asserting that one cannot condemn someone unheard but here the integrity of two honourable judges has been questioned without affording them opportunity to clarify their positions. In any public position integrity is something thing no civilised society can compromise with. How come that judges of questionable integrity should continue? Is it not of paramount importance for the sacked judges to come forward and clarify their positions. If they don’t do that then that should amount to acceptance of the allegations discussed in the commission. They must move the Supreme Court and ask for hearing by the full court to ascertain their integrity. Please stress on this point for the sake of this country.
