MrB when interpreting a song we focus on the content and the meaning of the words and to simply sign "try" is not the only meaning of the word. What Pink is saying is go on in life, get back out there, date again, etc... that's why there is not just one sign for try.

Hi Amber! I am 13 years old and I was born Deaf, I wear a Cochlear Implant. When I lived in West Virginia I was very fluent in ASL and I had a interpreter for my classes. However I moved to Florida and the county I currently reside in would not provide me an interpreter, as a result I lost my ability to sign as well as I used to. I recently have had problems with my implant and I am trying to re-learn ASL just in case something goes wrong and watching your videos has helped me a lot. Thank you for being amazing and doing these wonderful videos.

Your videos are such a great example of how there isn't just one sign for one English word. Try can mean so many different thing, and you showed it in so many great ways! During downtime between my ITP assignments I've been enjoying copy signing your videos, helps give me new ideas, and add some extra emotion in there. Thanks for putting these out there.

Your expressiveness and illustrations of the music helps me catch some of the music that I can't hear well enough. I can't help but to catch/recognize some ASL signs too, after watching a bunch of interpretations of songs. I've seen American songs interpreted into Swedish Sign Language. Do you think it's easier to translate them into ASL?

I'm taking asl and I love doing it! I have helped many people in my town , when I see them "say at a store" and they are having a hard time talking to an employee I step in and interpret! I want to be a special needs teacher because many are deaf or hard of hearing! I love what you do and you really inspire me! I saw you at six flags in San Antonio! You were amazing live!
