People are downplaying Pritchard but he’s got some of the most polished gym rat perimeter game in the world and practically unstoppable one on one like this. What makes it hard is all the guys with length filling the lanes and protecting bc the rim. Pritchard is as good as you can possibly be as a not too tall not too athletic white guy who honed their game to the max

He's 17 now and he's grown an inch. Now, 6 foot. His height I think will reach 6 foot 1. But, as a guard, 6 ' 1 is a good height. In 3 years, we will see how he develops. He needs to develop his upper body strength. He has pretty good footwork, very light on his feet and has good shooting form. It looks like right now, his main issue is falling for fakes. He is way too close to the offensive player when he is playing on defense, which allows him to break away with a simple fake. These are all correctable. He is only 17. He is practically a kid.
@bigfrogcustomt-shirtssandi71829 ай бұрын

@@bigfrogcustomt-shirtssandi7182the average nba height is 6 foot 6 and guards just a little over 6 foot 2, so no, 6 foot 1 is not short for a point guard. He hasn't technically stopped growing yet as boys can grow up to until their early 20's.

@tima77566 ай бұрын
Pritchard's problem is that even though hes making his shots, all the shots hes getting are tough, thats not going to bode well for his consistency since these arent even NBA players. People dont understand the difference between rhythm buckets and regular buckets. Those are all rhythm buckets, but NBA defenses aren't going to let players like Pritchard get into a rhythm. Thats why a lot of these cats struggle in the NBA. Any NBA player can go off if they get a rhythm, but getting into rhythm is extremely hard. You're not going to make a one legged fading mid range shot over a dudes hand in the game. Hes practicing the wrong shit, he needs to be practicing reading a defense and being a floor general. Not over dribbling 1 on 1 moves into a step back. Hes practicing to become Shai Alexander, when he should be practicing to be a solid role player

I mean is the gym 40 degrees farenheit. Are these guys tryna breath or tryna hyperventilate? Their cords look cold, steps are jagged. Not using every inch of the court much at all, especially the perimeter area is just one look and ditch the perimeter. The hesitation moves need to be deeper otherwise they are wasted motions, like arm fakes and unenthusiasic eye fakes seem to bappen more times than I can bare to watch. 1/100 guys has a real good heai, and not all of the, play basketball. the root of the motion has to run deeper, you cant start a hesi with your elbow, maybe the gyms real cold.. yeah a lot of that stuff I cant or never could do, I got a friend though 😂.
