Move at 4:20 was a travel. That is why the defender was shook. Will's pivot moved before he put the ball on the floor. If you can get away with that in a 1v1 you will be almost unstoppable.

Neither of his feet came off the ground before touching the ball you can move your feet around but once it raises completely off the ground the other foot is your pivot they do this on all levels if basketball your pivot is only established when one of your feet comes completely off the ground
