The fact that Roselia manages to roll Sheer Cold while low on health, and *it hits,* was just _sheer_ amazing.

Actually, prior to the addition of Togepi and Togetic in Gen 2, Metronome was notable on Clefairy.

A 1 in 3 chance, and it just wasn’t accurate enough. Match 6: Crit might have mattered.
