hey when you are 1v1ing do you make ur moves based on yourself or do you react to the defender?
@IXxxxXI3 ай бұрын
This is probably the most entertaining 1v1's I've watched. All natural, no scripts and acting. Both ballers just wanting that win.

These boys good fs. If you're trynna see more high level ones like this go to the channel "Become Elite" and search up his 1v1 sessions with other pros. They are GOOD bro.

@Benjii-rg6yb3 ай бұрын
Practise kick ups and kicking the ball on the wall and just rinse that also practise with all parts of the foot different movements like soles and laces that way you can use all parts of the foot efficiently 👍
@mavsworld1733Ай бұрын
@@Benjii-rg6yb Neither Kick ups or kicking a ball against a wall teaches dribbling or quick feet, it teaches first touch. If you want to dribble like this you need to practice ball control and cone dribbles. Also play a bunch of balance games to build up a feeling for when a feignt is coming or not. As an example, my son is 8 (I use 8 year olds because with less general experience it's easier to see the effects of specific practicess), he is by far the best dribbler in his team when it comes to 1v1s, but whilst he's good at returning balls from a wall he's pretty rubbish at kick ups. On the other hand there is a boy who can do 200 keep ups, yet he is probably the weakest dribbler on the team. In fact none of the good dribblers on the team are good at keep ups, but they all have fantastic ball control. Reason is that 1v1s are all about being able to keep the ball within your centre of balance and the speed you can move it from one place to another before moving. Keep ups are about the power you hit a ball and where you hit the ball.

Most of the time, these fancy fake out moves aren’t going to work. Body faint, la croqueta, read your opponent weight shift and legs position give much better return on mastering it than these fancy fakes.
