Picture this: - both are equal in level - level 11 is and 22 minutes is already mid- to early late-game, where early game characters should fall off - leo didn't even use ignite, didnt use locket and unending despair procced only once until the fight was over - leos kit is made for teammates to proc her passive for burst damage which nobody could proc here - leos main identity is the ability to engage, lockdown an enemy and enable teammates to burst with her passive procs. She is a cc and engage support, not a damage dealer. Also she brings utility with her warding item, also not for damage. - jinx has kraken, which is meant for sustained damage during longer fights, gaining efficiency with more and more autos STILL the fight ends with leo at 80 % hp. It's not even close. Jinx had absolutely no chance to show skill here once being unlucky and running into a SUPPORTER. If you actually think that is is a good game state, you are horribly delusional.

Jinx is just sort of walking into Leona here instead of trying to kite but on god unless you’re inhumanly ahead there’s no way an adc kills Leona at any stage of the game
