In this video, we will see the difference between 1watt vs 3watt Chip LED. Brightness test. Testing individually and 3 led aluminum base heat sink. I bought these LED from Shopee. Low-price LED bulbs and other accessories.

You used a li-ion batery of 3,7 V and 2000 mAh for 1W LED without limiting the curent and without heatsink ! You overloaded a 1W LED that is why the light is more. This is why the LED will be distroed in 2 minutes ! The LED must be charged threw a limiting current rezistor or DC limiting current.

A resistor is only for led safety purposes. If the brightness is low, then use lower value resistor.

You need to use (1w*9) 9 LEDs in a series or parallel connection using 5v 1.5a charger. i am right.? If yes, Resister is not required because the input voltage is low so you won't get much brightness.

@@jethalal6162 1. If you are planning for 18650, you need more batteries with BMS to get more running hrs. Don't try without BMS. Try with LIFEPo4 Batteries if you have money. 2. If you are planning for a lead acid battery. More safety but lifetime is less and more weight. 3. You must use an aluminum heatsink otherwise led will burst out. 4. You can connect the led's as a series / parallel connection.

Dought you read this any more being it’s 1 year old. Hopefully someone that knows that reads this can help. I saw a ad on utube(sucker me, I bought it not received it yet)saw a flashlight that with the bright bean it had looked like a light saber the beam was so bright. And the flashlight was the size that would fit in your hand. But it advertised the brightest bean light you can buy hard to believe. But I’m a flashlight junkie always out looking for that one bright ass flashlight at rock bottom price. This light advertised for 24.85 w/shipping my final price. Haven’t received it yet. I forgot who made it but it looks like a futuristic light design hoping it’s brighter than anything I’ve gotten so far. If anyone out there has a dang bright flashlight abs the beam looks like a light Sabre when turned on. Please let me know and under 100.00 there are some lights that’s it’s 500.00 won’t spend that but I’ve got some so bright it would blind a person nearly lol thanks
