When fans turn to money and stability, even I would use what I can to make myself appear more "professional," can't even lie.

Unfortunately, it's just not possible for most singers, and when money is spent up in the hundreds of thousands for one performance, they eventually had to come up with a way to capitalize on the potential in that, so live pro-tools, aka autotune and stuff were made and mastered by engineers to make this possible, which allows artist to give their best to the listeners and consumers.
