He's finally feels like a character now.( Although the gun cooldown change was a nerf imo) He was really bad in 1.0, idk why people were him in mid-tier. His tools synergize way better with each other now and deals way more damage overall. That being said, I suspect the gunshot bounce combo is hard, I've seen a lot of high level players drop it.
