That is amazing! With so many archeological discoveries in the land of Israel, this is one of the few findings that these scientists can really bring back to life. As the Jews choose life, it's very fitting with all the medical breakthroughs that Israel has accomplished. :)

So they uncovered thousands of seeds at Masada, but could only get one to grow?...and it was a male. I'm just curious if they could get a female tree to grow from the other seeds and not rely on a modern palm.

🙂🇮🇱 Out of the places in the Middle East, Israel has accomplish so many scientific breakthroughs and in a country where they have freedom for all... I been to Israel as a gay Latin male I was welcomed and people were so nice, many country don’t like Israel because they are very protective of their Islam neighbors but I’m sure those western country complaining to Israel rather live in the freedom of Israel any day than go to those other middle eastern countries where there is no freedom but I guess being politically correct nowadays is more important than freedom. Look what real democracy had brought to Israel it has made a barren land into a beautiful place
