Another great video, beautiful house and excellent camera work. I love the size of the house, since my ideal house is a 4 bedroom house about 3,500 to 4,000 Sq.Ft. I'm guessing the house size is about that size, I could be wrong though.

Real Estate 101, location matters. Half of the price is where the property is located at and the other half of the price is the property. Imagine if this property was located in Beverly Hills in Los Angeles or the affluent, Upper East Side Neighborhood of Manhattan, NYC then you might be looking at a price of about $6,000,000 or even more.
