2/12/2021 - Among Us with Hermits and Friends Using The Proximity Mod! (Stream Replay)

This was like a shakespearean drama and my favourite round of y'all playing EVER, so let's recap the tale of two friends, one hero and one villain... List of Parts: Joker, innocent witness of Endless' murder. Brody, main villain, murderer of Endless. Mrs T, trusting crewmate. Tango, depressed crewmate. Etho, faithful servant to Tango. Impulse, hero, Skizz' friend. Skizz, villain, Impulse's friend. The curtain opens. A meeting is called. Joker witnessed the murder of Endless and accuses Brody... Joker: "Brody, [...] I watched you walk away and the body fall over, [...] I promise you, it's Brody." Brody: "False." ...despite Jokers efforts, Brody doesn't get voted off. Tango, silent, votes for himself. While the crew walks off, worried for Tango, Impulse calls over Skizz... Impulse: "Skizz, Skizz, it's alright, I know you're the impostor. I know it's you, I'll just pretend it's not." Skizz, befuddled: "OK." An emergency meeting is called by Joker to finally get Brody voted off. Evil interjects, having overheard Impulse's conversation wit Skizz, so Skizz shares it with the group. Ignoring the revelation, Joker and Brody raise their (chipmunk) voices, but at he end of the meeting Brody still lives and Tango votes for himself the second time. Impulse and Skizz meet Mrs T... Impulse, trying to prove himself: "If you wanna off Mrs Tango right now, dude, I won't tell anybody." Mrs T, jokingly: "Go ahead, do it." Impulse: "How much time do you have left on the cool down?" Skizz, reserved: "Five." Mrs T: "I have a weather node." ... Skizz kils Mrs T, while his friend, Impulse, watches... Impulse: "There you go, good one, nice going." Skizz, still unsure: "I don't know what's happening right now." Astro reports Mrs T's body... Joker, outraged: "Why is nobody believing me, what did I do?" Tango: "Vote for me, please." ...but the votes for Tango, Joker and Brody even out... Joker, defeated: "What's wrong with you people, it's Brody. I'm just gonna sit and eat donuts. That's all I'm gonna do." Impulse leaves with Skizz, talking about their 25 years of friendship... Skizz: "You're like reverse marinating me." Impulse: "You know I've got your back. " Skizz: "Yeah, but I don't get it. You got me all confused." Impulse fakes tasks in specimen room. The lights turn off... Impulse, supportive: "That's a good move. Let's see if we can find anybody. " Skizz, realizing, overjoyed: "This is awesome!" Tango reports Evil's body... Tango, in a matter-of-fact tone: "Evilnotion is dead in labs, I killed him." Etho, to his aid: "I would like to take a moment to defend my queen." Joker, in a last effort, tries to get justice for Endless, but to no avail. Etho, trying to prevent the unpreventable: "Vote me, before you vote Tango!" But Tango gets voted off... Tango, parting: "Excellent. Well done, you guys just saved my night." Impulse and Skizz meet Etho, mourning, in weapons. Both are certain that the fate of his queen will soon be his own. The lights go out. Suddenly, Impulse loses sight of Skizz. A white figure enters the small cone of light... Impulse, alone and terrified: "No, Brody!" Silence. The screen fades to black. Defeat. Loved every second of it. 3:47:34

I loved this session, especially toward the end. Having Skizzleman's back with the secret room kill and 3rd impostering for him was so wholesome. And pickle sauce was utter hilarity. I only felt bad for Tango. I love Tango and it was hard seeing him have such a rough night. Also, I appreciate how you always keep quiet during discussions when you're ghosted so we can all still hear what's going on, even when you have loads of thanks to give out. It really helps.

As it seems Mrs T has the most trouble with disconnect have her log in last. It's a priority schedule thing. The people that were logged in first are fine but everyone after shifts forward and messes it up.. If she logs in last it at least won't mess up as bad....

I just want to put this out there. The proximity chat is a lot more fun (and makes me more motivated) to watch the other videos. Before proximity you could watch one person and pretty much get all the interactions and fun stuff. Now there is a lot more interactions and funny stuff to watch, you kinda have to watch everyone to get the best experience. Anyways, I love watching these, I look forward to the streams to end my week on a good note. 😄

Mirah kinda sucks till you get to know all the strats and how to read the logs.. The vent system is OP for impostering and the logs are OP for crew, so if everyone gets good at it it's absolutely THE most fun.. but it takes a good team to get good...

at the end of game 11, the play was for a crewmate to go to lights as fast as possible before kill cooldown, and now the impostor can't sabotage for 30 seconds, giving the last crewmate that much time to press the button, and if they do it quick enough they can hit the button before the kill cooldown is up and they loose because the final person died. Then they can vote off etho and win

Only one way to increase chances on Imposters and I can't say yet, but once people figured it out it's going to stay that way so people will find it sus off the starting line...

Basically the RNG generator has to start somewhere which leaves limited numbers of combinations.. The team has gotten tired of trying to find a solution so it's just going to be left as is with one propagation for RNG starter points. Meaning once people figure it out no one will want to do it because they'll be AutoSus...

well in this case anyway it was because their dog chewed through her ethernet cable 😂 since Tango and Mrs. Tango are on different computers, and presumably in different rooms, they'd each be connected to their router by a separate cable and each of their computers could have its own connection problems.

Maybe next mod would be "seance" mod where during meetings they could sacrifice a crewmate to contact one of the dead crewmates, and it's paired with proximity lol xD anyways, jokes aside...
