idk why but in 1.21 this happens a lot where beds and blocks disappear into your inventory and this also happens with tuff. When entering the portal room and place tuff to parkour into the end portal it sometimes glitches and makes the first block disappear which you just have to spam the button so that doesn’t happen or you could do what I did in this run and use sand. For the bed if it lags you can make it appear in your inventory again by mining the cobblestone in the last bed house or break the last bed itself kinda just depends when Minecraft wants to work.
