shift+ctrl+down+ enter and then grab corner of what is market and move it down to mark all cells in frequency. That should help to build an array.

Very useful. Shift+Ctrl+Down doesn't work on my PC (and it 'shifts' the keyboard, re-assigning charachter, Ctrl+Shft will reset it again). In the COUNTIF command I needed to enter the $-signs, for else it misses cells, and your frequencies will be one or more off. With large number you'll want to filter (-> order) your frequencies and then strange things happen (order seems 'wrong', some are one short, Excel 2010). So some scheckoing might be in place.

you can just copy list to new location and run Data > Remove duplicates ---- no need for filters

Lindsay Laskowski It's "Ctrl + Enter" on mac. Or just hit enter and then double click (or drag) the tiny little box in the lower right corner of your cell.
