Defense can be a challenge in this formation. Preaching to defenders to slow down the attack to allow for Wing support is very important. Don't be a hero as a defender by diving in, use your positioning to create mistakes that you can then press on. Also, playing the ball out of the back can be tricky so learning what to look for as a goalie and center back is integral to the team's success.
