Dear Mr. Sharafat I have a problem in civil 3D. I have a natural ground (surface), and a planar sloped surface which intersects the natural ground, the intersection trace is a 3D polyline. I want to create another surface from a known depth on the planar surface with a known fixed slope up to intersect the natural ground. Physically, the planar surface is the downstream face of a retaining wall that goes a certain depth into the ground and the last planar surface is the sloped face of foundation excavation. I hope I have explained my problem clearly. I need your valuable hints to solve the problem. Please note that the natural ground is not horizontal, but a hilly terrain. Best regards. Nasser

Am sorry for late reply, I think you can do that in grading tool of civil 3d very easily. Thats all about surfaces and slopes
