I have a 2017 2.5L Ford Fusion Engine in my 2007 MX5 NC1. I can add these Phase 2 Cams and ITBS to get these numbers? Or were there some pistons swapped out?

Would upgraded cams cause the valves to contact if VVT does its magic without tuning first?

Not if the engine has been timed correctly.

How did you get vacuum using the itbs to get a map signal?

The ECU uses the TPS for load rather than MAP 👍

You'll need high compression, head work and cams at that level.
