My family bought a house in carmel valley off the camino del sur for about the same price. Same square footage but the back yard is not as luxurious and no guess pool house and extra land behind it. Good price for this one.

ifingerfatkids It's Hawaii. Rich white people ruined it like they ruin everything else. A home that'd originally cost 120k anywhere else in the world is now 800k in Hawaii. Has been for 10 years. The locals can't even afford to live there anymore. All the real estate is bought up now. Nowhere else to go so you buy existing property for a million dollars for a fixer upper or you don't get to live there. So now people are starting to go to kauai which used to be a country style place. Now it'll be turned into hundreds of condos along every beautiful beach and mansions atop cliffs previously used as a scenic area for the locals and tourists. The islands have been absolutely destroyed just like California Colorado and Vermont has been.
