Also it's not all about dodging, it's him dodging and still doing dmg and this isn't honkai (dodging makes things easier there so it makes sense to learn how to dodge) so you don't get anything by dodging except no dmg taken.

@@JustSomeGuyWithAMug dude I literally can't change characters cuz of the high ping, shows 160 and the yellow thing goes into loading and I don't even know whats happening while the timer continues. Also there are attacks that can't be dodged with that ping. There's a reason why mobile players pull for Zhongli. And if you misclick a bit, you can use the ult of characters by switching them. Also you sometimes switch to diff character cuz of them switching the character's placements :)

It never does it, when it happens it’s because you’re way too far from the mob so he doesn’t get the target. Then, he shoots the burst in the direction he’s facing.

Electro cup and her passive. Shed only need to be at about 250% ER to hit that which is relatively easy when shes getting 20% from emblem, 30% ascension, and 55% from engulfing lightning substat on the natural 100% base (which is already 205% ER). Only need about 45% from artifact subs at that point to reach 115 electro%.
