In this video, we state the quotient rule without proof, and apply the quotient rule to compute derivatives in three examples.
In each case, we look at the graph of the original function, its derivative, and a representative tangent line on Desmos.com, and show that our estimate of the slope of the tangent line is consistent with the function values of the derivative.
