I loved how this scene showed how different sam and liz are, it perfectly showed how liz lies by nature and sam thinks of others. Liz first instinct was to lie yet again, and sam could have lied and let them believe jake did it but she didn't she genuinely gives a shit about liz kids while liz poisend sam to jake which ultimately caused this situation. I love that jason saw it the look on his face after sam said jake didn't do it spoke volumes

+Sharayah Stewart - You are so right. Elizabeth's first instinct is to protect herself first, then her kid even though there have been multiple signs that Jake's head is not on straight. If this were Sam, Elizabeth would've threatened her to stay away from Jason. Hate is violent and if continued, it destroys.

i genuinely think liz is a great character, when shes not with jason. when they pair liz and jason together she becomes weak and selfish and her character and history deserves better. she needs a love interest that puts her first, and that she doesnt feel the need to lie to

They probably won't but if push comes to shove I would love someone to point out that Julian didn't initially bank his bone marrow in case Danny needed them again because he wanted assurance that Sonny wouldn't kill him. Memory or not I think we can safely say that's something Jason would never do to someone he loves. Just shows in the long run who the bigger man is.

+merbear90 Julian only did that after Sonny started started threatening his life though in that instance I blamed Sonny for that as Julian was very willing to help and has been about his family ever since he found out who Sam was to him. As long Julian don't go into Mob Boss role in trying to be a protective daddy, I am okay with him not liking Jason right now. He don't know Jason outside what he was told which no doubt he heard Alexis's opinion on Jason the most. Also just cause Julian was a mobster doesn't mean he wants his family to be associate with it. Unlike Sonny and Jason, Julian so far has actually stood by his word and left the "life" (I say so far as since he does love his sister Ava he probably going get in pulled into her drama and Anna's weird little witch hunt don't help- I get Anna loved Duke and all but Duke was a mobster who put a hit on Jordan, knowing full well she was a cop, Julian at least kept it to mobsters). I am willing to give Julian a pass on this cause imo he just compensating for loss time. Also I don't care with anyone says Julian has watch Sam go from an attentive surgeon to this guy who coming with baggage and let's be honest ever since he found his identity has not been attentive at all to Sam or their son (I am a JaSam but let's get real Jason has not been there and that should be addressed). I as a parent would side eye this.

It took Julian a whole year and Danny's cancer maybe coming back for him to bank his marrow. And with in that whole year he pushed all of Sonny's buttons because he knew Sonny wouldn't get his ass because of it. And Anna is not on a weird witch hunt Julian has done plenty to her for more then 20+years taking Duke from her for all that time putting him in a Turkish prison and send someone else in his place. Anna had just cause to go after him

Nickole colon It didn't take Julian a whole year actually and Ava was the one doing most of the pushing on Sonny's buttons (along with Fluke as we learn Julian was taking orders). Sonny also was very unstable during this time so I didn't care for anything Sonny did during this time and so yes I will blame Sonny for Julian saying he wouldn't help. ANd yes Anna is on a witch hunt especially if you compare Faison and Julian, what Faison did was way worst and Anna wasn't even remotely this persistent about him and what Faison did was very recent and all he got was being locked up at Wydemere. It also a witch hunt cause last we checked it still unclear if Julian even told Carlos that as Carlos is known liar and has shown he would do things on his own. Anna and company keep acting Duke himself wasn't a mobster at the time of his death (I get upset when Sonny is glorified especially after he done something horrible). I like Duke and all but Duke put a hit out on Jordan and the only reason Jordan didn't die was because Jrodan could defend herself not because Duke had a change of heart. Doesn't change the fact Duke was all for killing a cop who he knew was friends with Anna. What always gripes me about Sonny/Duke is they get super personal with Mob stuff hence why Jason was great balance for them as all Julian did was business related. So yes it feels like a witch hunt cause Julian as far as we know is not in the mob and she willing to let the actual killer of Duke who still shown to be violent pardoned which rings untrue for Anna's character. One thing I will say on Jason's behalf at times feel like Jason being called Sonny's enforcer/killer is mislabel as unlike Shawn, Jason always for most part was able to convince Sonny doing a hit wasn't necessary. Most of Jason's kills have been mostly self defense.

Julian fact did order Carlos to kill Duke he admitted to Alexis the day after Olivia had Leo. Duke only got back into the mob was to pay Julian back for what he did to him with a faking his death and putting him in a Turkish prison for 20 years and then finding out he sent some dude in his place. Then act like he was supposed to just let it go.
