In this video, we use the limit definition of the derivative and some limit laws to show that the derivative of f(x) divided by g(x) is given by the quotient rule we stated in the last video. Essentially, we just add and subtract the appropriate terms so that we can get expressions representing f'(x) and g'(x) in the expression of our limit. Then, we simplify.
