@@iiszaiinab it's supposed to like messages for the subconscious mind, in this video it's an audio message that is masked by other sounds, it has affirmations being played at a lower volume or like is in the background of the video so you don't hear them ( your conscious mind that is ), and people try and manifest things they don't have by convincing themselves that they already have it ( if that makes sense ? ), this isn't really a good explanation sorry, but i hope this helps
