what PC components you use to play? mine are very much overkill for this game, I run at max quality settings 1440x1080 144hz and I drop from 250 fps to ~125 fps lowest on mp_rhinevalley if I look from the spectator camera and fly up as high as possible to see the whole map. I used to get ~140 lowest fps but Windows 10 is a piece of shit operating system that likes to update and ruin my performance for nothing.

There is no answer for that. Unfortunately uo was never patched up correctly therefore the game was never optimized. On bigger maps, especially with a lot of action/players will most likely result into some type of lag
