Sir Act agr form hota hai to year to year follow krna hota hai usme changes bhi hote hai but wo puri tarah se change nhi kiya jata like income tax Act 1962 whi rhega year change nhi hoga agr amendment ho rha hai to?? Hope u understood my question and will reply!!

Yes, Acts can be amended but the basic structure remains the same and so does the year.
