Beautiful. But I would have trepidation having an outside stair case like that. Love the upstairs area with separate eating tables! But in Houston weather, I’d need glass walls for protection.

This home is gorgeous. Would like to have a bigger plan with 4 bedrooms or could use the same plan and do 2 instead with a 2 car attached garage between the 2 homes.

@@bernardbg5934 Thank you❤️ I forgot to indicate it by inner walls, but you use those restaurant blinds inside. So the actual plan will indicate the installation of those blinds so you can close it at night as well. However you can also install glass doors around it yet its more costy than blinds
