Hello Mr. Moody, I own O'Conner Construction LLC a black owned masonry company near Augusta, GA. I don't have a problem getting jobs, my problem is finding good qualified workers. I turn down contracts because I just don't have the personal. For example, I had a job at Fort Gordon, but only a hand full of guys could pass background check to get on base. How do you handle this delima?

That's why I love this country no excuses if you want to accomplish something you can. This country isn't perfect but it's certainly far from being the worse. Go to some of these other countries and compare to how good we got it here. I bet you'll never hate this country again. I did and there's nowhere in the world I'd want to live than this country.
