When I was a kid in the 80s, older people told us that the 60s had much better music, and how the synth and the drum machine was the death knell of good music. So here we are, 40 years later... telling our kids how the music in the 80s was so much better. In my opinion, it was good until about 97 ish... :-)

I discovered this song about a month ago. Had been listening to it non stop in the mornings. The other week I was out at a party, managed to make it to 9am which is super rare for me. For some reason I just couldn't get this song out of my head while dancing. So I turn to my gf and say "what if they played that song right now?" A few minutes later I swear I hear this beat creeping in. I tell my gf and she thinks I'm crazy. Then the DJ puts the track on, no edits, to close out the set. Growing up, I was so lucky to be a teenager in the second best music era ... the 90's. I consider myself fortunate to grow up in those amazing music eras.
