If i may, why static website generator instead of good old manual webpack configuration and react for the marketing Page. Any advantage?

Yes please. Static website generator will transform the good old react to html pages. If you use one, you'll realise it generates a website into normal html / css / javascript, and google absolutely loves such websites. also, we can then upload this html / css /js to a cdn and it'll be distributed globally, easily.
