definitely, I was with a narc for a year, and I was emotionally DRAINED. I stopped leaving the house, taking care of myself, I was so defeated I could even cry anymore, I was honestly happy for the first time I cried after leaving the relationship. I started getting grey hairs at the age of 23 and women in my family don't have a history of early greys - it started happening from all the stress, deflection, blame shifting, gaslighting and emotional abuse I was under. I don't know how Becky could last for so long, and can't imagine what a toll it took on her mental health

Generally most of us would probably get a sense if something is off with our partners, you know, before a breakup there's usually conflicts, some sort of a hardship, something in the relationship that needs to be worked on or talked about. When you're done, you're done...for years I tried with my ex narc, when I was done I was numb. No more giving them attention, no more. Even when they said "you never loved me?" I just sat there, looked them in the eye and said " exactly, I never loved you". I had no interest in telling him how I took care of him, worked 7 days a week, provided him a car and food and a place to live, put up with the cheating, lies, dealing drugs, paying bonds to bail him out if jail. I simply said " yup you're right, I never loved you, I'm done". Seeing this play out, from the outside looking in, it's absolutely crazy that we would put up with their shite for so long then one day...we are just DONE!

Anybody with the amount of money ALR *should* have is better off in the US than in this broken system. I sat in the emergency room with 1st and 2nd degree burns for 8 hours and finally left as they had not taken one person in the last 3 hours. I only went there because walk-in clinics no longer exist and it's impossible to get an appointment anywhere. I would have paid $500 to be seen by a doctor that day.

My opinion is that Becky broke up with her WAYYYYYYY before all this. I think the day Becky moved into a separate room was right after they broke up and Hamber probably said "look, the internet will laugh and make fun of me more if they find out you broke up with me... Please just stay and pretend we are together. You can have your own room and I will keep paying for everything just stay here and don't tell anyone. Plus I need help with things I will pay you! Just stay please!". Then she probably continued being the insufferable brat she is she Becky was probably like ..."yo I can't even stay here as a roommate anymore we are done." Hearing Amber talk crap about accents from the south (really, Becky has an Appalachian hills accent....they are different but most people lump them in together which is what Amber was doing) with Becky sitting right there infuriates me on so many levels. For one thing, it's horribly disrespectful to Becky and everyone else with that accent. For another thing, Amber tried her damnedest unsuccessfully to mimic that accent for years. And last but not least, all of my family came from West Virginia, Kentucky, and Southern Ohio. Because of people like Amber, my grandpa tried from the age of 16 until his Alzheimer's got too bad for him to care to hide his thick West Virginia accent. Assholes just like Amber in Central Ohio made him horribly self conscious about it and he became embarrassed of it. He was never embarrassed of where he came from.... just his accent. And he's certainly not the only one. Plus....if she hates the accent so much, her lease was up earlier this year. There's nothing left in Kentucky for her. She could have gone some place else (not here to Ohio though....we have enough problems just being Florida North....😂😂😂)

I have had bouts with Anxiety; no sleep, convinced something bad will happen, afraid to leave the house or stay in, hyperventilate, trembling...The only time I've seen Amber even come close, believe it or not was, "Mental things are scary". The other times, I don't see a true Anxiety disorder. I see a fear of being in the outer world and THAT causes anxiety. I say this bc some Dr. would have had to address this already. Why don't they ever give her XANAX or ATIVAN? She never gets treated for Anxiety. She gets treated for her mood as if her mood improves, her anxiety would diminish. But she's been complaining for 15 years. When will she get treated for it already?
