I visited the popular tourist points on west Nusa Penida in November 2019 (LOW season). On arrival to those places, we saw 100+ minibuses, each carrying 5 - 6 tourists. Forget everything about "hidden gem", "secret beach" and "last paradise" that you might have read about on youtube. Sorry, you are yeeeaaars to late. The nature is still spectacular, but expect to share it with lots of others. If possible, try to do your trip early in the morning to avoid the hordes that will arrive around noon (specially for Kelingking Beach). Warning for bad and narrow roads on the island.

@jacobhicalcium6 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate! You need to slightly color grade your videos. I have a simple tutorial on how you can use LUTs to color grade easily! (See minute 5 of this tutorial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a3a6m6Ckf5lrmNE ). You can then further adjust it with the sliders and curves in the color wheels, but normally just playing a bit with the LUTs should be good enough

Weeee! I cannot wait! When you do, make sure your swim with the whale sharks and visit the falls! There's so much to go and I'll be honest it's becoming congested nowadays so the trick is to always leave early. If not, there are hours in between that would seem to be windows for less traffic. Remember that Rush hour is rush hour. We used to go around so quickly around Cebu but with the influx of tourists and people migrating in from different places in the Philipppines other than abroad, traffic has become a situation.

Rumah Pohon Molenteng is the name of the cottage. The place name is Raja Lima. Why call Raja Lima, because the shape of beach looks like the one in Papua, Raja Ampat. Ampat is four. Lima is five. To avoid similar name, people call it Raja Lima...

Joanne Masias it technically is possible if you arrive by 7am on the island and leave at 7pm (though the boats usually arrive only around 9.30am and leave by 5pm). The island is very big and the roads are pretty treacherous making it hard to get from East to West

I am planning on a trip to Bali. Could you help me out with what is the local expense for a full day tour for Nusa Penida?
@Stopthegreed5 жыл бұрын
You can get a boat out to Nusa Penida from Sanur in Bali. Go early morning if you are just wanting to go for the day. Its got some beautiful places but expect to sit in a vehicle most of the day as all spots are a good distance from each other. If you are going to be by yourself you can hire a guide and a motorbike once you get to the island which he can drive you around on. Traffic can be terrible so a bike can make your trip a little quicker. And its not crazy like bali is so they don't drive crazy fast. I think we paid around 600,000rp per person for the whole day with boat ride to the island and a tour guide with car. But we left from Nusa Lembongan which is another island next to Nusa Penida. So the ferry ride across from sanur may be slightly different in price. But its a fixed price. So maybe about $30 to $50 US for the whole day. Barter hard with them to reduce your price. The ferry from sanur will be a fixed price. Once you get to Nusa Penida there will be loads of locals you can barter with to get a good deal to show you around.
