Glad you're still using the comms units, I was gonna ask, how many of those could you chain together, say on a group ride. That would be cool if you could get 3 or 4 of them. And there we have it, the return of smashed glass in the gutters, although the area you got yours in is a bit of a nightlife hotspot, right?

at the moment they said only 2 which is fine to be honest, cause I think if you link together too much right now it will just get noisy! haha cause me and jason were talking to each other the whole time! haha. But I think future models you can do more. @@avocado.cyclist I think they must haven been riding hills when they tested them, and having 10 heavy breathers all panting down the open mics. Yeah, just dual connections will do for now. I couldn't believe how loud they were, of if your mic was just really good at picking them up. Dam good price for them as well, I guess they beat the "my first spy set" walkie talkies. 😆😆

@@syknowland3902 Hahaha what's surprising.. You actually don't hear any breathing or wind.. Or even the cars..your voice is isolated on the mic which is interesting.. Haha there was a bit when we filmed this vlog so guy attacked us and Jason was like 50m infront of me and I was like "Jason Jason.. Some guys approaching" haha

@@avocado.cyclist Does the Audio come from both units which I guess could feel strange with open speaker system, and the external mic with wind protection does the job it's supposed to, I wonder if anyone has ever tried throat mics, is the only way I could think of them, and dam, I've just googled them, if people thought we looked bad in out outfits now, this would take it to a whole new level.

They really are.. They also work as a headphone/speaker if you not using the Intercom.. Got it here Supertooth.fr

@jetthepanda no app at all just connect it via Bluetooth.. The Intercom is like a walkie talkie basically.. Don't néed to call

@jetthepanda oh I haven't tried under a tunnel yet but I think it should be OK cause it's all Bluetooth.. If you listen to music it will be connected via phone.. If you do the intercom, it will connect to the other supertooth device via Bluetooth so I think it's ok

How is it living in / around London, and cycle commuting? I'm thinking about going to a London uni next year and I'd love to hear how it is from a cyclist living there.

honestly, it will take some time to get used to. Especially if you are living in the heart of the city. You will have to get used to traffic, pot holes and a lot of people crossing the road without looking. But once you get used to it, its not bad at all. For me, the only thing that bothers me is the traffic. Apart from that everything else is ok cause the city has a lot of good cycle lanes (you just need to get used to avoiding glass.

its basically stop go stop go .. but it also depends on which part the city you will be staying.
