Hello you two, good to see you❤ I made bread yesterday, and was happy one of my friends made bread for the first time, I gave her the Amish white bread recipe, she had had it here many times and loves it. Mow she is going to.make her grown kids some too. You have to try adding chopped green onions to the cheesy garlic pull apart bread, it's amazing.

Hi Rene, this is Sue, l make this dough all the time, and the only difference is mine is 1.5 tbs of yeast. and my water is 112F. after it has risen the first time. l normally get 3 loaves out of it. it weighs around 1700 grams, and then l just divide it into 3. and all l can say it is one of the best recipes ever, and the only one l will make. Also l do it in my stand mixer too. once it all comes together, l let it go for 8 mins of kneeding and perfect. I am going to try both of these pull apart bread now. Thanks for the new ideas, Well for me new. have a Blessed Day to both of you

Funny think I didn’t have time for it to rest for more then 30mins and then I gave it another 20mins to rise after I mixed the butter and garlic etc in with the bread that I pulled apart and I put them in the oven and wow oh wow did it rise!! It was beautiful!!! Thank you!! 🥰❤️🙏🏻🍁🇨🇦

The whole time I’m watching you make these two pull apart breads I’m trying to figure out how garlic and cinnamon smell in the same kitchen. I am convinced that both breads are beyond amazing but I have never baked garlic and cinnamon recipes at the same time. I think I might just have to try just to get a whiff of both garlic and cinnamon together. Stella always reminds me of that movie where they yell out the name Stella. So I guess you know I’m yelling “STELLA” every time she comes to visit Gramma. Only thing is I add “you’ve grown up” to my yell. The things that trigger us!!!:):):)

Bestie!! That looks sooooo good!! I have made sooo many types of monkey bread but mostly used a biscuit dough recipe never a yeasted dough..I sometimes make gorilla bread withe butter cinnamon brown sugar and walnuts.. and stuff each ball with cream cheese!! OMG it's sooo good!! But super labor intensive to make sure each ball has cream cheese.. I have made it with strawberry jam and chocolate chips.. my mom makes it with peach preserves and caramels.. as far as the garlic I like to toss each ball real good individually so each is good and coated and layer lots of cheese.. sometimes I'll stuff them with those tiny mozzarella balls if I'm feeling fancy..😂😂 i been thinkin about makin one with crushed pineapples brown sugar/butter and maybe some toasted coconut for a summer version.. ill let ya know how it turns❤❤ out
