I really like the buffalo check with the sheer black ribbon. For me the Halloween ribbon one was too busy. If you had used one of those Halloween ribbons with the sheer ribbon, that would've worked too.

Hi Geraldine 😀 My husband cut the inner wires at the top and I slid the beads on. After I had them on I hot glued it back together. I added quite a bit of hot glue on the wire before sliding the last bead on. On the top where the wire was cut, I added hot glue and held it back together for about 45 seconds or so.

Awesome project…both equally beautiful but if I had to pickI find the Betty Crocker scissors at DT in the kitchen section the best for cutting ribbon…I have been using mine for years and still works perfectly…I had bought more expensive ones before with no luck…

Pumpkin looks good. I liked it better with the black and white. I think if you did a pumpkin with orange and black or orange and neutral would look good with the Halloween ribbon. But I guess that defeats what you were doing. Lol

Cut the pumpkin frame at the top and slide the beads on. Then when I got to the last bead on top, I made sure to add plenty of glue to the wire and slid the bead on then added glue to the cut wire and pushed it into top of bead. I used gorilla glue hot glue.
