It's nice that you guys can talk about everything, in my country we don't have freedom of speech. We have big problem about people who walked over the border with no papers and do so much crime in my country, but we are not allowed to tell the truth, even after The case has been at the court, we can not talk about the facts of the case because it's hate speech. The whole Lincoln thing was because the slave owners wanted to count their slaves as votes but did not free them, so to solve that conundrum, Lincoln said that yes they are humans but as they were not given right, their owners only got 3/5 of the total to go towards vote. this limited the slavers power, but acknowledged the humanity of the slaves.

In my opinion the reason people react to jokes about trans people is because of the types of "jokes" we're used to. Most are either really not funny or are just mean for the sake of being mean. Hell some aren't even jokes it's just people being assholes for no reason. Also side thing, I like dwarf the most as a term for midgets. I think it sounds awesome, I want to hang out with a real life Dawi.

It sucks Americans have gotten so PC we're more stiff than the English . I saw this English comic here on KZbin. Jimmy Carr . she goes on stage with the intention of offending everybody and he lets them know it right up front. He is able to say stuff you guys could never get away with.
