15:25 respectfully disagree to most of these. I think the phenomenon of being shy & overthinking in your head and the inhibition is common to humans in general and not just to "Bhutanese". I think most of the time what we attribute as "Bhutanese style" is usually how the rest of the world works as well. And on this point of chillips I'd also like to stress that the chillips that come to Bhutan are either old people on vacation and if they're young they're the very hippy and flaky type so there's already kinda survivorship bias to this. Cause hippies in general have very minimal inhibitions. I guess overall from my experience bhutanese are as inhibited as everyone else is and that there is no particular "Bhutanese" behavior. Lowkey having been to clubs outside of home I'd say bhutanese club gi vibes & music are way nicer other than the fuckbois who might hit you at any point, which is definitely a very bhutanese thing
