54:59 Alternate Approach could be (lil lengthy):- Solve using relative angular velocity concept. Suppose that Object move karke exact 90 degree par aa gaya and at this point, tangent and x axis are parallel so jo line OP HOGI It will look like a Z (Apply alternate angle theroum where angle OPC=THETA) and now the line which is perpendiucular to OP is sin(90- theta) We can see triangle OPC IS ISOSCALES AND we can find that theta comes out to be 45 degrees. Also we can find out the distance OP by geometry. SO FINALLY ω= (v ⊥)/distance OP ω= v sinθ / (R/sinθ) θ=45* ω=V/2R Hope it helps:) All the best!

Sir I have a doubt: if two particles move in same circular path with different angular velocity and acceleration then they would collide many many times then how do we calculate the time interval of each collision And why we are not getting these many solutions from equation

Since the acceleration are different, there would be different path differences between the bodies in each second. To calculate number of collisions, AP me ghusna padega.

I guess(I'm not sure) we could do this: After determining relative velocity of one particle A wrt the other particle B, say the angle between A and B was π, we can say A meets B again after it covers 3π, 5π, 7π and so on. So, in this case, they would meet when A covers nπ(n is an odd postive integer). So we can solve for the time t by putting nπ as the angular displacement. Maybe this could work?

bro after the first collision wouldn't they deviate from their path the were following. so it will not go for further collisio and if you hypothetical suppose a particle like Bose Einstein condensate than you may find the time for the succeccive collision or you can say the points where they will meeting which may a follow a pattern not sure if it would be gp or Ap but possibly it would follow a pattern.

@19:48 can someone please explain why sir has put -ve sign? Because, dw/dθ itself is negative (as it's slowing down) However if we put another -ve sign before it then wholee term becomes positive => acceleration also becomes positive as alpha = - w(dw/dθ) which becomes something like -ve * -ve which gives a positive value. However, the acceleration should be a negative value since angular velocity is decreasing. So my thought is that the -ve sign shouldn't come

Hey I guess that can come out as a confusion if one doesn't focus on the equation.. The ang. Acceleration is negative, BUT W itself is positive in K√W, so alpha will be = - (k√W) = W. dW/dtheta, and so here we get -ve = -ve But now we're writing k√W, which is positive equals to some other expression, which also has got to be positive , that's why we write negative of dw/dtheta which makes negative of dw/dtheta (a negative) positive. So the thing is in both the first and second question only a minus sign is exchanged but the change in perspective brings confusion I guess
