Hello, Irish banks collect coins at the counter and issue them as well. you can see in other videos of mine with sealed bags. In these bags we will not collect foreign coins because they seal their car, but in the other bags we will collect them because the coins are from customers with small businesses who personally bring the coins to the bank.
