@@arwa_rahmann I don’t think it’s the problem that they don’t allow me but it’s more if they would let me go to the school, because my mother said I could get rejected by most schools cause of my niqab and because people do say niqab does close doors. I really hope it doesn’t happen though 😭

I have also faced this problem before.I didn't have courage to bear the risk of failure.So I was forced to put off my niqab.People still have biases against us.

all my classes are based on the given credits that i have to take in order to get my associate's degree. once you choose your major, they will give you a bunch of classes from english to math and extracurriculars like communication and IT. im majoring in biology so at the moment, im taking english, math, one out of six other biology classes and some extracurriculars. you can make your own schedule so i picked what classes and times suited me so i start all my classes at 11am till noon. i chose to go to community college because its MUCH cheaper than a university, WAY easier, less competitive, and a smoother ride. once i complete my associate's degree which is after 2 years, i'll be transferring to uni for another 2 years to complete my bachelors!

Since you are living in america did you face any bullying bcz of your abaya and niqab or any bad comments? Masha allah i see here people living in Pakistan which is an islamic state worrying whether they should wear abaya or noy in uni? But you living there in a non islamic country is doing all this?
