2 Flexi Rod Sets-1 Video-Ft. Motions| Relaxed Hair

In this video, i'm basically showing you 2 versions of almost the same flexi rod set to show you how you could 'Cheat' a Flexi rod set on those nights when you are feeling very tired or lazy. Flexi rod sets are a great way to keep your hair looking good while staying away from heat.

Señora Espinosa, a set using this method normally lasts me a day. Have you tried using some gel? It definitely lasts longer, but Idk if you are like me.... I hate the next day crunchy hair after using gel. I only do gel the day before wash day.

I think the secret to healthy relaxed hair was: 1. Wrap your hair every night 2. Keep up with your relaxers to avoid breakage-every 8-12 weeks. 3. Deep condition as much as possible 4. Moisturize esp when you aren’t wearing your hair down.

Hi Brenda! Initially, yes but its a very lightweight product so I find that it does not sit on your hair/weighs it down.

Hmmm I am unsure, but I hardly used to let me hair go past 12 or 13 weeks before touching it up. I used to experience more breakage when I overstretch my relaxers.

I never used to try to preserve my rod sets because it was just so quick to redo it before bed (About 6-8 rods is all you need). Still, I’d say try to pineapple your hair and sleep with a satin bonnet. Alternatively, you can try to pin curl large sections before bed.
